Remembrance Day

On Tuesday, the whole school came together in the hall to mark Remembrance Day. We held a respectful two-minute silence, remembering those who gave their lives in service to our country. The children showed great maturity and empathy as we reflected on the courage and sacrifice of others.

We also said a prayer for those currently serving in the armed forces, asking for their protection and strength. It was a moving reminder of how compassion can be shown through gratitude and remembrance.

Thank you to our Head Boy and Head Girl - Alfie and Betsy - for selling poppies over the last few weeks to raise money for the Royal British Legion.
