🌊 Adventure Bude – Update 3 🌊

Yesterday afternoon, the children swapped over onto their opposite wet sessions and were treated to a lovely spell of sunshine! When they returned from their activities, everyone was either eager to get straight onto the astro turf to enjoy the warm weather or race back to their rooms to put on their fancy dress costumes. Those who didn’t quite manage to get fully dressed in time certainly made up for it later in the evening!

The shops were once again thoroughly enjoyed and the enormous queues for slush puppies certainly didn’t dampen the children’s determination to stock up on sugary snacks!

This morning, the mist rolled in and there were definitely some sleepy heads taking part in the morning run. However, the excitement soon kicked in as the children headed off for caving and mountain boarding activities.

Thankfully, the skies soon cleared and, although the mountain boarders ended up with a few soggy bottoms after losing their balance, the rain managed to hold off!

This afternoon, the groups will swap over once again before another busy evening ahead featuring the reopening of the shops, a talent show and the rearranged 5-a-side football tournament.
