Outdoor Learning CLASS 3 GROUP 2

During the first half of the Spring term, CLASS 3 GROUP 2 will be participating in weekly Outdoor Learning sessions. The sessions will take place on a WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON in the Outdoor Learning Area within the school grounds. The sessions will be led by Ms Wyborn.

Please ensure that your child has the following clothing to change into:

· Outdoor shoes – walking boots, wellingtons or old trainers

· A waterproof coat

· A jumper

· A fleece/warm top

· A t-shirt/long sleeve top

· Trousers

· Sun Hat/woolly hat & gloves

 

Your child will come home in their Outdoor Learning clothing.

During the Outdoor Learning sessions, children are encouraged to work with others to carry out activities such as den/shelter building, role play, exploration, practical and creative skills and tasks.
