Snap of the Week
11/06/2021
Class 1 - Jessica spotting the flowers on our Summer listening walk.
Class 2 - This week we have been reading 'The Town Mouse and The Country Mouse'. We split into two groups to think of ideas about why it would be best to live in the city and why it would be best to live in the town. We then had a class debate about which was better. All the children took a turn to stand up and say something in front of the rest of the class. They did a good job of showing our value of Courage.
Class 3 - On Monday this week, we had our story telling workshop courtesy of Caroline and Lisa from Beaford Arts. We heard a fantastic story called ‘Tatterhood’ and explored the different characters through role play.
Class 4 - This week, Class 4 have been working on our personal spelling lists. We took advantage of the lovely weather to work outside and design patio art including our focus words.
