Everyone was either eager to get straight onto the astro turf to enjoy the warm weather or race back to their rooms to put on their fancy dress costumes.
Despite the challenging conditions, everyone showed fantastic resilience and perseverance as they pushed themselves out of their comfort zones and tackled the activities with brilliant attitudes.
School Council Bake Sale in Aid of Cancer Research UK
Following the HUGE success of our School Council bake sale in aid of Cancer Research UK, our School Council have spent their lunchtime today busily counting (and recounting!) the money taken.
This week during Outdoor Learning, the children explored the meaning of flora and fauna and learnt how to use these exciting scientific words when talking about nature and the surrounding environment.
Last Friday, Mrs Roberts kindly prepared a full English breakfast for us before we took the Year 6 children to the Waie Inn for a morning of fun and relaxation.

The visit was a brilliant opportunity for the children to explore the world around them, develop their understanding of farming and food production, and learn through real-life experiences.
Last week was Deaf Awareness Week, and we were incredibly fortunate to welcome Helen Maiden (Teacher of the Deaf) to lead a collective worship alongside Taya in Year 5.
