Here is my latest choir video!  I have really enjoyed doing this one with the peripatetic instrumentalists very kindly giving up their time to be involved too.  I felt like a music producer - laying different tracks and putting them all together.

The children involved deserve lots of praise as many of them were very nervous being recorded singing on their own and I was so proud that they all did it.  I hope they enjoyed feeling like pop stars for the day!

    I hope you enjoy it!

    Voice in a Million -

Children from Umberleigh Academy, Pilton Bluecoat Academy and Brayford Academy travelled to Wembley on the 20th March to join in “The World’s most Spectacular School Concert”

The 10th Voice in a Million concert was held at Wembley Arena and 35 talented and very excited children made the journey to London to sing along with 6000 other young children. After an afternoon of rehearsing the children were thrilled to meet and collect autographs from members of three boy bands who also performed at the concert!

The school children then performed to an audience of 5000 people. Their set consisted of 13 songs including “This is Me” from the Greatest Showman, “All of Me” by John Legend and “What about us” by Pink.

The children were accompanied by TEAM’s Music Co-ordinator Mrs Bonnie Brayley who said “It was a privilege to be part of this amazing event and to share this experience with the children, I am sure this is something that they will never forget“
